Throughout her career, Athena has partnered with executive teams and leaders across clinical development, clinical operations, program management, research, non-clinical, manufacturing, commercial operations, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance to strengthen execution infrastructure, improve vendor governance, and increase milestone confidence in complex development environments.
Her experience spans multi-study portfolios across early-stage development through regulatory submission, including environments requiring heightened inspection readiness and cross-functional oversight.
Athena founded ImpactIQ to provide biotech organizations with both execution infrastructure and embedded expertise — ensuring that strategy translates into disciplined delivery, clear accountability, and measurable progress.
